Chicken Pineaplle Stirfry

Well I think this is kind of like a recipe exchange blog, right Ashley? Well I'm going to share a recipe I made last night and I love this one.

2T sugar
1T vinegar
1T ketchup
1/2 t ground ginger
2 garlic cloves minced, or 1 in the garlic press
1/4 c of soy sauce
2T oil
2-3 Chicken breasts
8 oz. can pineapple chunks
bag of frozen veggies
cooked rice

Mix the first 6 ingredients in a bowl and set aside

For 2 people I use 2 chicken breasts
-Heat wok or large pan on med. high with 2T of oil
-Cook Chicken until brown 5-6 minutes, then add veggies
Cook for about 2-3 minutes
-Add drained Pineapple chunks and the sauce that was set aside
-Cook to heat thoroughly
-Serve over rice

I love stir fry and this recipe is simple and very delicious!
